New subscribers get Student, Family or Parent+ free for 7 days; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing (one trial per customer, across all plans and platforms). Subscriptions renew automatically each month and continue until you cancel. Cancel any time from Plans › Manage subscription in your account — cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
